How do I book my Lavender Field Photoshoot?

Use the link on this page to open my booking page and choose an available time slot that suits you.
(2) Pay your £xxx session fee
Your contract and invoice will be sent to you upon booking. Please sign and return your contract (digitally) to secure your booking.
(3) Plan your trip

(4) Choose your photos
After the photoshoot you will receive your own private gallery, from which you can choose your favourite photos, and have direct access to our range of hand-crafted, professionally printed products.

How much does the Lavender Field Photoshoot cost?
Your total session fee is £xxx which is payable at the time of booking.
Please note there is an entry fee for the Cotswold Lavender site. Adult entry is £7.50 per person and children between 5 - 15 years old are £3.25 (under 5s are free). Clients are required to purchase their own entry tickets at the gate on arrival. Please bring card for payment as Cotswold Lavender are a cashless business.
What is included in the Lavender photoshoot experience?
You will choose your 5 favourite images following the photoshoot through your own personal online viewing gallery and I am including 1 complementary 10"X8" fine art print* of your choice too. We normally expect to capture somewhere between 20-30 images to choose from during the half hour photoshoot session.
*You said, "fine art" print - what's that?... Giclee Fine Art Prints ensure ultra-detailed image resolution and vibrant colours on premium archival quality paper. In short: beautiful, competition-standard print, 100% cotton, over 300gsm paper; a luxury print which would normally cost £xx.
Once your favourite images have been edited and made 'print perfect' you will be able to download your print-ready images from the online gallery. Your images will print up to 12 inches on the long side (and 8 on the short side).
You will also have access to my professional printing lab through your gallery. If you'd rather leave the printing solutions to the pros, you'll find the gallery solution easy-to-use and this will ensure the right print settings for your chosen size (great for the larger print and framing solutions too). You can also purchase additional single digital images from within the gallery.
How long does the photoshoot last?
You will have a pre-booked 20 minute time slot with Chris. This is a 'mini session' format, which is a great way to update your family photos in a special setting, ensuring enough time to get a variety of images and without taking out too much time from your summer days with the family!
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad on the photoshoot date?
In the unfortunate event that bad weather prevents us from taking photos at the Lavender Fields on the 28th July then I will refund your full session fee.

What should we wear for a Lavender Field photoshoot?
In short, general advice for outdoor photoshoots is to make sure everyone wears something they're comfortable in (particularly the younger family members), and avoid prints & logos if possible. For the best aesthetic, aim for more muted tones: pastels, whites and off-whites will work perfectly for a Lavender Field Photoshoot.
